A:hover and named anchors

The named heading "A:hover and named anchors" is now not subject to the same hover effects as the link below in Mozilla, Netscape 6+, or Opera 5+. This is due to the use of the attribute selector a[href]:hover. However, Internet Explorer 5&6 do not support attribute selectors, therefore IE5&6 users would not see a hover effect.
